Versaterm for over 40 years has quietly grown by word of mouth into a leading supplier of public safety systems in North America. Versaterm was founded in 1977 by the individuals who built the Canadian CPIC system (similar to the U.S. NCIC/NLETS systems). From this unique perspective, they then set out to create a set of advanced management systems for local Public Safety agencies and to install and service those systems in a way that served public safety’s unique needs. This eventually led to the creation of a line of integrated public safety systems collectively known as Versadex, which is an enterprise-wide solution for Police Agencies that includes Records Management (vRMS), Mobile Field Reporting (vMRE) as well as an integrated Computer Aided Dispatch System (vCAD) that, along with police, also supports both Fire and EMS agencies. Our main offices are located in Ottawa, Ontario Canada and our U.S. headquarters is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
